Terms and Conditions

Terms of Agreement for Online Consultations

1. Online Consultations are an Online Decorating Service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes.
2. Client agrees to provide full information regarding the client's requirements for the project.
3. 10 Rooms will perform services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, care and the orderly process of the online consultation.
4. Client agrees to correspond strictly through online communication. Online design includes one revision. Any changes, substitutions or additions after this will be billed at $50.00 per hour or additional fees of $50 per phone call. In-Person visits are excluded from this process and will require a separate agreement and fee structure.
5. 10 Rooms will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery and installation, or safety precautions in connection with the Online Project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the Online Project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.
6. 10 Rooms cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the Online Project.
