Holiday Cocktail: Blood-Orange Mimosa

Happy Holidays lovelies!

We’ve almost made it, just a few days left… Christmas morning always feels like a perfect time to begin the unwinding process, and so around here Mimosa’s are a must 🙂

Thought we would share our fave Blood Orange Mimosa recipe with you, it’s bubbly, sweet, citrus perfection!

 

Blood Orange Mimosa

Champagne/Prosecco

San Pellegrino Blood Orange

Blood Orange Juice (or regular orange juice)

Oranges

Sugar

 

Grate some orange peel, add it to white sugar and use it to rim your glasses.

Pour the juice, followed by the San Pellegrino, then top with your favourite bubbly.

If you pour gently, you’ll have a lovely layered cocktail that’s as pretty as it is tasty.
